Pragati B Hebbar (Assistant Director Research, PhD Scholar)
Pragati is a dentist by education, with an MDS in Oral Medicine and Radiology. She completed her PhD in health systems research atMaastricht University, Netherlands.Her PhD andDBT/Wellcome Trust India Allianceearly-career fellowship aimed to understand the implementation of tobacco control policy interventions in India to document what works why, where, and for whom. The work utilized an implementation research approach and theory-driven inquiry methods to decipher the phenomena of implementation. Currently she is leading research under a DBT/Wellcome Trust India Alliance Intermediate category award. In this study she aims to explain the implementation of NCD control policy at district level using theory driven inquiry methods.
The eSWaRM course will enable health professionals to write scientific research articles that can be published and to equip them with skills to cite and manage references/ bibliography while writing using a reference management tool such as Mendeley.
