The Institute of Public Health has been recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) which is a part of the Ministry of Science and Technology as a Scientific and Research Organization (SIRO). IPH has also been empanelled by the Karnataka Evaluation Authority as a consultant organization and as a partners in the National Corporate Social (CSR) Responsibility Hub at TISS.
