Family self-reliance for strengthening primary health care

Mr. Shivanand Savatagi, PhD Scholar at IPH will be presenting a seminar on the topic ‘Family self-reliance for primary health care using integrated health care approach: An analytical study based on health system framework’
This topic deals with his PhD work in which he tries to explore how traditional medicine based interventions lead to self reliance in healthcare. He has included 3 cases from FRLHT (Foundation for Revitalization of Local Health Traditions) an organization working with local health traditions since 25 years and will be studying these cases using analytical case study method through the lens of health system framework.
