EPHP conference concludes

IPH, in collaboration with ITM, Antwerp (ITM) held the National Conference on Bringing Evidence into Public Health Policy on December 10th and 11th at Hotel Atria in Bangalore.

The two day conference saw 7 keynote addresses, 20 oral presentations and 23 poster presentations all of which were of high quality and covered four key themes of health systems – health services delivery, human resources for health, health financing and governance/stewardship. The aim of EPHP was to try and bring policy makers and researchers on a common platform to help in translating research findings into policy.

EPHP website and continuing advocacy

IPH and EPHP will continue to help with dissemination and advocacy efforts of the studies presented at the conference. All the presentations, posters and a synthesis of the discussion will be available on our website.  Our website http://www.ephp.in will continue to remain as a resource for downloads of presentations, videos of the proceedings  and contact details of all the presenters.

Proceedings and videos

A session-wise synthesis of the conference will be prepared and soon made available on the website for download. In addition, all videos of the conference and the discussions will be made available at the website.
